Poll finds that 57 % of Americans supported "finishing the job in Iraq. What? The respondents actually favored keeping U.S. troops there until the Iraqis can provide security on
their own. Only 41% disagreed.
This is news. It is contrary to what we have been hearing for the past 3 or 4 years, or even what we've been told since, when was it that Kerry was testifying in congress about the atrocities in Vietnam. This is big time news and I'm sure that CNN will feature this all day.
Hillary, always a big time poll quoter, will feature this. Yes, this is big time and may just be the ticket to a real showing of support for the mission by approving the Presidents desire to send an additional 21,000 brave men and women into the terrorists playground.
This is big time NEWS.
